Job summary

SERHANT. in Chicago is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective agents, drive outreach, schedule recruitment meetings, and handle administrative CRM tasks to support our expansion efforts. You will collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to refine prospecting strategies, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and ensure a smooth recruitment process while upholding SERHANT.'s standards

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, recruiting, or business development.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement and outreach to recruit agents.
