Job summary

RPG Consultants seeks a Business Operations & Sales Associate to join our team in a hybrid role in Ann Arbor, MI. You will help run day-to-day sales operations, marketing, and admin processes while learning how a small business operates.

Over time you’ll lead broader data, tech, and process-improvement projects with leadership. You’ll work directly with RPG’s leadership, analyze workflows, and implement improvements with AI and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; we value curiosity and fit over field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience preferred, internships OK.
• Experience with CRM systems, WordPress, Zapier, Power BI or data tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing care.
• Interest in AI and automation and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales proposals, contracts, CRM activity, follow-ups, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Strategic Development Manager on prospecting and outreach.
• Execute advisor and business-owner outreach campaigns and track results.
• Create and update sales/marketing materials: presentations, brochures, emails.
• Maintain RPG website and support LinkedIn and digital marketing.
• Support data, technology, and process-improvement projects across RPG.
• Research tools, vendors, and potential solutions to business problems.
• Use AI, automation, and tools like Zapier to improve recurring workflows.
• Support data analysis using Excel and other analytics tools.
• Manage recurring administrative workflows and inquiries.
• As experience grows, take ownership of sales processes and contribute ideas.
