Strive Health is seeking a Sr. Associate, Operations & Strategy to support market operations with a focus on scalability and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage engagement activities, and develop strategic analyses for process improvements.

The role requires strong project management, presentation skills, and the ability to navigate a matrixed environment. Includes a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, and/or with a high-growth healthcare organization.
• Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ms.
• Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Market Leaders by navigating a matrixed environment and addressing operational issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate provider and patient engagement activities.
• Develop strategic analyses and recommendations for engagement activities.
• Create comprehensive slide decks for presentations to leadership.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance indicators.
