Job summary

BDA is a fast-paced, global Merchandise Agency recruiting an Associate Account Manager in Troy, MI. You will support the Sales Team, assist in client presentations, and help grow enterprise accounts while hitting quarterly budget goals.

This role combines onsite four days per week with one remote day from our Troy, MI office, offering clear growth into full account management and sales positions within a creative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, branded merchandise, or related agency environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high level of organization.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic, sales-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support account planning and execution with Sales teams.
• Assist in producing client presentations with ideas for merchandise.
• Prospect for new buyers and opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Help maintain accurate records of sales activity in Salesforce.
• Log and track all sales and project activity; assist in quoting and order status updates.
