Job summary

Eversource Energy in Manchester, NH seeks an Engineer to support the execution and ongoing maintenance of electric network modeling tools such as DMS and Synergi Electric. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize the distribution system for safety, reliability, and clean energy integration.

Responsibilities include developing data-driven models, assessing new technologies, and preparing project documentation, budgets, and schedules for approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in engineering design.
• Experience with distribution modeling and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support modeling tools and real-time technologies (Synergi Electric, TLM, VVO, GIS, SCADA).
• Collaborate with IT and other engineering groups to ensure model functionality.
• Develop project documentation including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Investigate new technologies for grid modernization and operational benefits.
• Create data processing methods for engineering models and databases.
• Coordinate with multiple states for effective implementation.
