Rent.Fun, part of Contactless Holdings, seeks a sales professional to expand into government and public-sector markets. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with independent work, building relationships with city officials and parks departments to deploy app-based kayak/rec equipment rental and bikeshare solutions.

You will own the full-cycle process from inbound qualification to closing, using AI tools daily to accelerate prospecting and proposals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a BDR/SDR or early full-cycle sales role.
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for prospecting, research, and writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government/public-sector stakeholders.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to manage a pipeline independently in a remote/hybrid setup.
• Interest in learning government procurement processes and public-sector sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales from qualifying inbound leads to closing new accounts.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate prospecting, research accounts, and draft outreach and proposals.
• Build and manage a pipeline of municipal, parks & recreation, and public-agency prospects.
• Run discovery calls and demos to understand a community's needs for app-based kayak/rec-equipment rental and bikeshare.
• Navigate early-stage government procurement conversations and coordinate RFP work with senior team members.
• Build relationships with city officials, parks department staff, and community leaders.
• Keep CRM data clean and current, and use sales analytics to prioritize your pipeline.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales collateral, messaging, and AI-assisted workflows.
