Rent.Fun is seeking a sales professional to advance from prospecting to closing in a hybrid role that blends in-office collaboration with independent work. Build relationships with city officials, parks staff, and community leaders while using AI tools to accelerate outreach and win new municipal accounts.

You’ll manage a full-cycle process, maintain a clean CRM, and contribute to AI-enhanced workflows in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a BDR/SDR or full-cycle sales role.
Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for prospecting.
Strong written and verbal communication with government stakeholders.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a pipeline remotely.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

Own a full-cycle sales process from qualifying inbound leads to closing.
Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate prospecting, research, and outreach.
Build and manage a pipeline of municipal, parks & recreation, and public-agency prospects.
Run discovery calls and demos to assess community needs for app-based rentals.
Navigate government procurement conversations and coordinate RFP work with senior staff.
Maintain clean CRM data and analyze sales metrics to prioritize opportunities.
Contribute to sales collateral and AI-assisted workflow improvements.
