Arrow Electronics seeks an Asset Manager I - ECS in the Denver area to analyze and drive inventory plans and product life cycles, partnering with suppliers and internal teams to seize market opportunities. The role focuses on managing staff development, establishing seamless purchasing processes, and aligning with strategic business plans.

The position requires 5+ years of related experience or 6+ years with an advanced degree, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site days at Panorama

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage staff and lead teams in a technical or business context.
• Experience adapting plans to address resource and operational challenges.
• Decision making guided by policy, procedure and business plans.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, develop and execute inventory plans, product life cycles, new technologies, performance standards and improvements based upon established goals and periodic status reports.
• Manage staff – employee development, hiring, firing, performance reviews.
• Establish and maintain current purchasing and inventory processes to provide seamless service and participate in asset/inventory business planning.
• Analyze risks and opportunities from emerging products and channel trends and seize segment opportunities per plan.
• Create a professional working relationship with suppliers and internal service providers to gain market share.
