Arrow Electronics is seeking a Global Supplier Business Manager for IP&E in Denver. You will define supplier strategy, lead growth initiatives, and align regional and global teams to accelerate revenue across strategic suppliers.

The role requires a business or engineering degree (MBA preferred) with 8+ years in leadership, IP&E exposure, and a proven ability to drive revenue through strategic marketing and strong partnerships. Hybrid work with travel 30–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering-related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressively increasing business leadership experience.
• Experience in the IP&E product portfolio and knowledge of semiconductor technology is preferred.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth through optimizing sales and strategic marketing plans.
• Strong relationships with partners and capability to influence C-level executives.
• Data-driven with experience using analytics to drive actionable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set supplier strategy and long-term growth plans for assigned suppliers.
• Establish go-to-market initiatives with supplier business units to drive growth.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and coordinate global execution of business and sales plans.
• Provide direction to regional supplier development managers and collaborate to meet regional and global goals.
• Drive global supplier processes, operational excellence, and market awareness of supplier technologies.
