Responsibilities

• Own the interview scheduling process across multiple business units regionally & globally, including phone, virtual, panel and onsite interviews.
• Manage all interview logistics, including travel, candidate reimbursements, and greeting candidates at the office hub.
• Support interview compliance by auditing Employment Agreements and ensuring Background Investigations are completed before start date.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers at all levels and share insights using Tableau dashboards.
