Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Hybrid Lead for Supply Chain: Logistics Partner Onboarding to unify quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across networks.

You will drive onboarding of carriers and 3PLs, design regional fulfillment models, and enable SAP S/4HANA-based processes with B2B integrations and trade-compliance alignment. This is a high-visibility role with global scope and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in SAP/logistics
• Experience leading logistics partner onboarding and carrier/3PL integrations
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics, carrier management and warehouse operations
• Experience delivering B2B integrations using EDI, XML, APIs, IDocs

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of carriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, warehouses, and regional partners from design through go-live.
• Own logistics solution design and enablement in SAP S/4HANA, including delivery processing and shipping communications.
• Design regional fulfillment models to meet service levels and costs.
• Define processes aligned with Incoterms, customs and trade-compliance needs.
• Lead carrier-management activities and performance reviews.
