Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Supplier Onboarding Lead to orchestrate the onboarding of manufacturing suppliers and trading partners to HPE’s supply chain network. You will implement end-to-end B2B integrations, leveraging EDI, XML, and APIs, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

You will collaborate across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Business Development to standardize processes and deploy agentic AI-enabled workflows that enhance onboarding speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, IT, business, or related field.
• 8–10 years in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing within high-tech IT hardware.
• 3–5 years hands-on SAP S/4HANA in MM, SD, LE modules.
• 5+ years designing and managing B2B integration solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with SAP for order fulfillment and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of manufacturing partners and suppliers to HPE’s supply chain network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enable onboarding.
• Manage end-to-end integration setup via EDI, XML, APIs and other standards.
• Gather and document business requirements for B2B transactions.
• Ensure integrations align with SAP S/4HANA processes and SAP modules.
• Deploy and oversee AI-based supplier assessments and dynamic workflows.
• Develop onboarding playbooks, configurations, and process workflows.
• Ensure security and data privacy compliance throughout onboarding.
• Drive continuous improvement using industry best practices and AI insights.
• Act as SME on supply chain and manufacturing tech for partners and internal teams.
