Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Logistics Partner Onboarding Lead for the L2C program. You will manage onboarding of carriers, 3PLs, and partners, design regional fulfillment, and ensure seamless SAP S/4HANA logistics processes across delivery, shipping, and invoicing.

You will drive S/4HANA-based configurations, SLA governance, and end-to-end partner integration, including EDI/XML/API transactions, while leading cross-functional testing and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 8+ years of SAP solutions implementations in supply chain/logistics.
• 5+ years leading logistics partner onboarding/implementations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA logistics functions (SD/LE/MM/EWM/TM).
• Experience delivering B2B integrations via EDI/XML/APIs/IDocs.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of carriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, warehouses, and regional partners from design to go-live and hypercare.
• Own logistics solution design and enablement in SAP S/4HANA across delivery processing, picking, packing, G/I, shipping, STOs, and route determination.
• Design regional fulfillment models to meet service-level, inventory, cost, and compliance requirements.
• Define processes aligned with Incoterms, transport responsibility, and customs requirements.
• Lead carrier-management activities and SLA governance.
• Translate business needs into process flows, specs, and integration requirements.
• Enable B2B transactions using EDI, XML, APIs, IDocs, and flat files.
• Collaborate with SAP/integration teams to map interfaces and monitor operations.
• Apply automation/AI to onboarding, data validation, and exception handling.
• Establish dashboards for interface health and logistics performance.
• Lead cross-functional testing and post-launch support.
• Create training materials for internal and partner teams.
