Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Logistics Partner Onboarding Lead within the Lead-to-Cash program. You will own onboarding of carriers, 3PLs, and regional partners and design regional fulfillment models to optimize HPE's global logistics network.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with SAP S/4HANA teams, EDI/APIs and B2B integrations, and a strong focus on process standardization, compliance, and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS, IT, SCM, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP solutions implementations in supply chain, logistics, or related areas.
• 5+ years leading logistics partner onboarding and external‑partner enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of carriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, warehouses, and regional partners from design to go-live.
• Own logistics solution design and SAP S/4HANA delivery processing, shipping, and route determination.
• Design regional fulfillment models to meet service levels, inventory, costs, and capacity.
• Define processes with Incoterms, customs, and trade compliance.
• Lead carrier management, routing guides, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Translate business needs into flows, specs, and deployment plans.
• Enable B2B transactions using EDI, XML, APIs, IDocs, and related formats.
• Collaborate with SAP, integration, data teams on mappings and monitoring.
• Apply automation and AI to onboarding and data validation.
• Establish dashboards for interface health, progress, and root cause analysis.
• Lead cross-functional testing and post-launch stabilization.
• Create training materials for internal teams and partners.
