Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Supply Chain: Logistics Partner Onboarding Lead (Finance) in California. This hybrid role requires you to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office, and you will join the L2C program unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across the combined HPE and Juniper portfolios.

You will lead logistics partner onboarding, design regional fulfillment models, define integration standards, and enable B2B transactions using EDI, XML, APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SC/Logistics or related field.
• 8+ years SAP solutions implementations in supply chain/logistics.
• 5+ years onboarding logistics partners and external‑partner enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of carriers, 3PLs, warehouses from design to hypercare.
• Own logistics solution design in SAP S/4HANA including delivery processing, picking, packing, goods issue, shipping outputs, and communication.
• Design regional fulfillment models with service levels, inventory, cost, capacity, and compliance.
• Define processes aligned with Incoterms, transportation responsibility, and customs requirements.
• Lead carrier-management activities including onboarding standards and SLAs.
• Translate business needs into process flows, specs, integration requirements, and test plans.
• Enable B2B transactions using EDI, XML, APIs, IDocs, flat files.
• Partner with SAP, integration, data teams for mappings and monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled workflows in onboarding and exception handling.
• Establish dashboards for interface health and performance.
• Lead cross-functional testing and cutover readiness.
• Create training materials for internal teams and partners.
