Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Supplier Onboarding Lead for the Lead-to-Cash program. You will orchestrate onboarding of manufacturing suppliers and trading partners to HPE’s supply chain network, enabling seamless B2B transactions via EDI, XML and APIs.

You will work across global teams to ensure SAP S/4HANA alignment and drive automation and continuous improvement. You will manage end-to-end integration setups, document requirements, and ensure compliance with security and privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field with 8+ years in supply chain operations or manufacturing
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration, implementation or support in supply chain modules
• Proven track record delivering enterprise B2B integration projects

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier onboarding for manufacturing partners globally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather onboarding requirements
• Manage end-to-end integration setup (EDI/XML/APIs)
• Document business requirements for B2B transactions (POs, acknowledgments, invoices)
• Ensure SAP S/4HANA alignment and integration architecture compliance
• Deploy AI-enabled supplier assessments and dynamic workflows
• Develop onboarding playbooks and process documentation
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies
• Drive continuous onboarding process improvements
• Provide SME guidance on supply chain and manufacturing tech
• Monitor progress and report key metrics to stakeholders
