Job summary

Neat is seeking an experienced communications leader to shape and execute our global communications strategy. You will partner with the CEO and executives, crafting authentic voice across intranet, email, Slack, video, and social channels.

You will own end-to-end All Hands meetings, content themes, and speaker management for a distributed global audience, while coordinating with the VP of Marketing and external PR agencies to maintain cohesive narratives.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in corporate communications in a global, high-growth tech context.
• Proven ability to support C-level executives, especially the CEO, with a distinctive voice.
• Expertise in virtual event production and global All Hands meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Neat's comprehensive communications calendar and execution for product launches and milestones.
• Draft, curate, and distribute CEO and internal communications across intranet, email, Slack, video, and social channels.
• Lead end-to-end All Hands content development, production, and logistics for a distributed workforce.
• Manage PR agencies or freelancers in key markets, training spokespeople and aligning messaging.
