Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate communications, PR, or related field.
• Experience in global technology or B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to manage media relations and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop global communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead media relations and manage press outreach across markets.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop thought leadership content and messaging.
• Oversee crisis and issues management with clear, confident responses.
• Manage external agencies to ensure alignment with global strategy.
• Create external-facing content: press releases, speeches, bylines, briefs.
• Define KPIs, track impact, and report insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, People, Legal and other teams.
