Job summary

The ASU Foundation seeks a Gift Processing Specialist to ensure accurate processing of gifts and pledges and to maintain donor data with high integrity. You will review and reconcile donor demographics, process gifts across multiple platforms, and respond to inquiries while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with donor data processing preferred.
Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint and Workday a plus.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Review, update, and reconcile donor demographic information.
Process and record gifts and pledges in donor database systems.
Upload supporting documentation and maintain data integrity.
Respond to inquiries from internal/external customers.
Maintain confidentiality of donor and organizational information.
