Job summary

Global Fund for Women is seeking a Gifts Processing consultant to support the Development team. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy and timeliness of gift processing and maintaining Salesforce data integrity.

This is a 12-month contract with approximately 5–10 hours per week, with potential for increased hours during year-end close. Responsibilities include reviewing batches, reconciling entries, entering pledges and matching gifts, and processing weekly revenue batches while ensuring donor

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate data handling.
• Experience with donor data privacy and compliance.
• Proficiency in nonprofit donor management tools.

Responsibilities

• Review batches for accuracy and proper linkage to accounts and pledges.
• Key in pledges and matching gifts per guidance from leadership.
• Process weekly revenue batches with attention to month-end close.
• Maintain donor records and update preferences and contact details.
• Flag issues and coordinate with supervision to resolve data gaps.
