Job summary

The ASU Foundation for a New American University seeks a Gift Processing Specialist to manage donor data, process gifts and pledges, and support customer service for internal and external partners in Salesforce and related systems.

You will review demographic records, upload supporting documents, reconcile entries, ensure confidentiality, and collaborate with the Gift Administration and Finance Cash Office teams to maintain accurate, timely records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Bookkeeping experience with accuracy and timeliness.
• Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, creates, and updates donor demographics from source documents.
• Processes gifts daily across online gifts, EFTs, third-party platforms.
• Uploads supporting documentation into Salesforce and maintains records.
• Provides accurate responses to internal and external inquiries.
• Maintains data confidentiality and completes data integrity checks.
• Collaborates with Gift Administration and Cash Office teams.
• Participates in Salesforce/Affinaquest testing and knowledge updates.
