Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive adoption of VOQUEZNA products across gastroenterology practices in the U.S. You will build relationships with GIs, APPs, and PCPs, and collaborate with marketing and training teams to execute launch strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of successful medical/pharmaceutical sales, with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years or more of successful medical sales experience or one year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI experience preferred.
• Proven and consistent track record of sales performance.
• Experience launching new products.
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals in assigned geography.
• Develop deep product and disease-state knowledge for engagement with gastroenterologists, APPs, and PCPs.
• Identify territory opportunities and create plans with regional managers.
• Collaborate with marketing, training, and operations to execute strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and manage expenses efficiently.
