Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive product adoption of VOQUEZNA and related therapies in the U.S. region.

You will engage gastroenterologists, APPs, and PCPs, build relationships, and execute pull-through strategies to achieve sales goals. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will develop territory plans, collaborate with marketing and SAS, and maintain deep product and disease-state knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of medical/pharmaceutical sales experience; GI experience preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success and territory management.
• Experience launching new products and engaging HCPs.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Able to build relationships with office staff and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain deep product and disease-state knowledge for effective engagement.
• Develop territory business plans with Regional Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with marketing, training and sales operations to execute plans.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and expense reporting.
