• Preferred: Strong typing, 40 wpm; knowledge of medical terminology.
• Bilingual written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen and process a high volume of calls using scripts and triage guidelines.
• Schedule appointments using centralized scheduling system and verify patient info.
• Inform patients of preparation for visits and required documents.
• Coordinate data for efficient scheduling and utilization of staff and space.
• Record messages and respond to provider requests in a timely, professional manner.
