Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communications; bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen and process a high volume of calls in a professional manner.
• Use scheduling system to schedule appointments and verify/update demographics.
• Obtain referrals and document payer information; communicate preparation for visits.
• Coordinate data for scheduling, accessibility of services and provider availability.
• Forward messages to providers and triage urgent requests with appropriate staff.
