Gov Services Hub in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Genesys Developer for a contract role. Hybrid work arrangement in Charlotte, NC with 1099 contract terms and hourly pay of $50–$60 per hour.

The position requires designing, building, deploying, and supporting IVR and Web Messaging systems based on business requirements. The candidate should have BS/MS in CS/Engineering, strong Genesys Cloud CX experience, REST/GraphQL APIs, and authentication knowledge (OAuth/SAML).

Formación

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX Architect and outbound IVR/dialer.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL/JSON APIs, OAuth/SAML, and Genesys admin configurations.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deploy, and support IVR and Web Messaging based on business requirements.
• Analyze requirements and assist leads and Product Owners with acceptance criteria for features.
• Collaborate with Middleware and Salesforce engineering teams.
• Create, write, and execute testing plans in an agile environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues with development and operations teams.
