Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a Charlotte-based company, seeks a senior Genesys Cloud CX Engineer/Developer to design, build, deploy, and support voice automation and call-routing solutions.

You will design, test, and maintain Genesys Cloud Voice Bots, NLU bots, and AVA, and configure Architect flows with advanced logic. Hybrid work in Charlotte, NC with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in contact center technology.
• At least three years of hands-on Genesys Cloud CX development.
• Deep experience with Genesys Architect and AVA design.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Genesys Cloud Voice Bots, NLU bots, and AVA solutions.
• Build and support Architect flows with advanced logic and exception handling.
• Configure and support Genesys Cloud Analytics and Reporting, including dashboards.
• Create secure integrations using REST APIs and enterprise backend systems.
