Innova Solutions in the United States is seeking a talented Genesys IVR Developer for a contract engagement in Jersey City, NJ, with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The interview process includes two rounds and a video component is required.

The role focuses on IVR development using Genesys, AI-assisted tooling, and SQL data workflows to deliver scalable self-service experiences with strong UX/UI considerations and cloud contact center integration.

Qualifications

• Strong AI skills with data extraction, transformation, reporting and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL including joins, aggregations and optimization
• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design using GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot to rapidly create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to generate front-end code, reusable UI components, responsive designs, and accessibility-compliant experiences.

Responsibilities

• As Software Engineer, you will work with a talented team delivering next-generation customer self-service solutions using Genesys technologies.
• The team uses AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate delivery of solutions.
• You will have significant experience across multiple software implementations and deepGenesys/IVR exposure.
