Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Genesys Cloud Developer in Charlotte, NC. This W2 contract runs 12 months with potential extension, paying $69.00 - $79.00/hr.

The role requires a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and no PTO/benefits as described. The Digital Voice team seeks a senior, hands-on Genesys Cloud CX Engineer/Developer to design, build, deploy, and support customer-facing voice automation and call-routing solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in contact center tech and 3+ years Genesys Cloud CX development.
• Deep experience with Genesys Architect and production Voice Bot, NLU bot, and AVA design.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys call routing, including CE43 flow, queues, skills, schedules, and transfer strategies.
• Experience configuring Genesys Cloud Analytics, A3S real-time and historical capabilities, monitoring, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Experience with Data Actions, REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and secure enterprise integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and ownership skills, including production support.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC, with three days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Genesys Cloud Voice Bots, NLU bots, and AVA solutions.
• Build production-grade Architect flows with authentication, self-service, routing, callback, transfer, retry, and escalation logic.
• Tune NLU models and conversational journeys using data on recognition and transfers.
• Apply consistent standards for flow design, naming, versioning, documentation, testing, and production validation.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot queues, skills, schedules, emergency groups, transfer paths, and advanced routing strategies.
• Develop and support Genesys call routing, including the CE43 flow and dependencies.
• Configure Genesys Cloud Analytics and Reporting, dashboards, and KPIs; implement real-time/stateful analytics.
• Provide production support and collaborate across business, operations, analytics, and vendor teams.
