Job summary

Zurich North America in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a General Liability Claims Specialist I (Dedicated Account) to handle CGL files within our dedicated team for a major customer. The role offers a hybrid work model and involves multi-party claims with low to moderate exposure.

Candidates typically hold a Bachelor’s degree or Zurich training paths, with 2+ years in claims or insurance, icense(s), and strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in Claims or Insurance, or via Zurich pathway.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-party CGL claims of low to moderate exposure within limits of authority.
• Follow established protocols to deliver customer-centric claims service.
