Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking an experienced Litigation Claims Specialist to join our Commercial General Liability team. The role offers a flexible hybrid work model with occasional in-office attendance at various US locations, including Parsippany, NJ.

You will manage multi-party CGL claims with moderate to high exposure, following best practices to ensure an efficient, high-quality claims experience. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in claims or insurance, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3+ years in Claims/Insurance OR Zurich Apprentice with associate degree and 3+ years in Claims/Insurance OR Zurich Claims Training + 3+ years in Claims/Insurance OR High School Diploma with 5+ years in Claims/Insurance and required adjuster license(s)
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
