Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years in Claims/Insurance, or Zurich training completed
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products
• 3+ years handling Commercial General Liability, Property Damage, and Bodily Injury claims
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-party CGL claims of low to moderate exposure within authority limits
• Deliver customer-centric claims service following established protocols
