Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking an experienced Litigation Claims Specialist to join our Commercial General Liability team. This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement with occasional in-office attendance across multiple U.S.

locations, including Parsippany, NJ, and other offices. You will manage multi-party CGL claims with moderate to high exposure, applying established practices to ensure efficient handling and a consistent, customer-focused claims experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent education/experience in Claims or Insurance
• 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
