Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years in Claims Handling or Insurance; OR
• Zurich Claims Training Program with 2+ years in Claims or Insurance; OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate Degree and 2+ years in Claims or Insurance; OR
• High School Diploma and 4+ years in Claims Handling or Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle non-litigated GL claims of low to moderate exposure and complexity.
• Manage a caseload within authority limits from start to finish with coaching.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and brokers for quality claims experience.
• Learn and apply established protocols and industry best practices in claims handling.
