Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years with proven agency experience as a full desk recruiter responsible for both business development and talent acquisition.
• Robust network within the HR profession and experience recruiting within the HR function.
• Strong HR functional acumen and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and new business prospects.
• Understand staffing requirements, business needs, and organizational culture.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base.
• Identify and recruit top talent through multiple channels and direct outreach.
• Create job postings, source talent, interview candidates, and coordinate client interviews.
• Match qualified candidates to openings and guide them through the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation packages and terms between clients and candidates.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with laws and company standards.
• Meet or exceed monthly activity send-out and placement goals and KPIs.
• Represent the total HR solutions portfolio to clients and candidates.
