Job summary

Versique Executive, Professional, & Interim Recruiting is seeking an internal Director, IT Search to lead the IT Professional team. You will manage both client-facing and candidate-facing recruitment activities, including business development, client service, recruiting, and candidate management.

You will source, qualify, and place candidates for a range of openings while developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience as a full-desk recruiter or similar in staffing/recruitment.
• Strong IT recruiting network and industry connections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and culture.
• Source, qualify, and place candidates for various openings.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and terms between clients and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting laws and company policies.
