Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our HR team in a hybrid Minnesota-based role. You will run a full desk, owning both business development and candidate recruiting, building relationships with new clients, and developing your market.

You’ll leverage SkyWater’s brand and tools, including AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Bullhorn ATS, while taking ownership of growing your desk and driving outcomes in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Open on recruiting background: corporate/in-house, half-desk or full-desk agency.
• Ability to build relationships and drive results in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk, split time roughly 50/50 between business development and candidate recruiting.
• Prospecct and build relationships with new clients to create search opportunities.
• Grow existing relationships while developing new ones and refer opportunities across teams.
• Own the search process from client conversation to candidate placement.
• Advise clients on hiring strategy, compensation, and market trends.
