Job summary

The Manitowoc Company, Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute full-cycle recruitment across North American locations and branches.

You will partner with leaders and HR partners to source and hire exempt and non-exempt roles, building a strong talent pipeline to support growth. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end requisitions, guiding job descriptions, proactively sourcing candidates, and ensuring compliance and timely candidate communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, full-cycle sourcing/recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a strong pipeline.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies; keep ATS updated.
