MissionHires is seeking a Full‑Charge Bookkeeper based in Sugar Land to support small business and individual clients. You will manage the general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll, and tax filings while providing administrative support.

This hybrid role includes 3 days in-office and 2 days remote per week. The expected salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000+, complemented by benefits such as an annual bonus, 401(k) matching, and various insurance options.

Qualifications

• Proven full‑charge bookkeeping experience is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is needed.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and post journal entries.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and process payments.
• Prepare client financial statements.
• Process payroll for multiple clients.
