Job summary

Blue United Sourcing is partnering with an established technology services company in Midtown Manhattan to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper in a hybrid role. You will manage day-to-day accounting for two entities in QuickBooks Online, perform month-end close, reconcile bank statements, handle A/P and A/R, and prepare periodic sales tax filings, reporting directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with general ledger, A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Knowledge of GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions for two companies in QuickBooks Online.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closes.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Enter A/P invoices, manage payments, and accounts receivable.
• Process intercompany transactions and vendor reimbursements.
• Prepare regular QuickBooks Online backup reports.
