Job summary

Blue United Sourcing is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for Midtown Manhattan, NY. You’ll own the books, from daily transactions to closings, using QuickBooks Online and handling multi-state sales tax. The role requires 4+ years of full-charge bookkeeping, GAAP knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Hybrid schedule with onsite 5 days in the first month, then at least 2 days weekly. Benefits include medical & dental, 401(k) with 4% match from day one, PTO that grows with tenure, and paid

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full charge bookkeeping with stable tenure.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience; solid GAAP, general ledger and month-end close knowledge.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and clear, proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings and account reconciliations.
• Process A/P, A/R, client invoicing, deposits, intercompany transactions and expense reimbursements.
• Compute, file and remit multi-state sales tax.
• Track PTO and serve as the point of contact for building management.
