Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience (preferably in public accounting), and proficiency with QuickBooks or Xero, delivering accurate results in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients including A/P and A/R.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Process payroll and prepare payroll reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage client budgets and provide performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and team to resolve issues and share best practices.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations of our clients' businesses, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable,bank reconciliations,general ledger entries, and payroll processing for multiple clients
• Preparation and filing of quarterly and annual payroll reports
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for clients
• Manage client budgets and provide recommendations to improve performance
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
• Work closely with clients to identify and resolve accounting issues and provide guidance on best practices for financial management
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in full charge bookkeeping, preferably in a public accounting firm
• Strong understanding ofaccounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
