Capitol Services in Carson City, NV is seeking a Fulfillment Generalist to coordinate and fulfill orders across jurisdictions. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with hybrid options after training.

You will communicate with coworkers and correspondents, navigate public records, prepare filings, and use Capitol Services’ systems to process work, while delivering friendly, confidential service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role (1–4 years) in legal services or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional, friendly demeanor.
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes; receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
• Flexibly move between service operations departments depending on busy season and business needs.
• Efficiently navigate public record websites and government databases for filing and retrieving documents.
• Prepare, review, and submit filings to regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with rules.
• Use Capitol Services' proprietary systems to process work.
• Enter and maintain information in proprietary systems according to guidelines.
• Operate office equipment (phones, computers, scanners, etc.).
• Maintain organization to ensure accurate results.
• Provide internal customer service that is courteous, warm, and knowledgeable.
