Capitol Services is seeking a Fulfillment Generalist to join our Austin, TX team. This on-site role runs 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday, handling order fulfillment across multiple jurisdictions.

You will navigate public records, coordinate filings with correspondents, and use Capitol Services systems to ensure accurate processing. A strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role in legal or professional services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

• Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
• Flexibly move between service operations departments depending on busy season, volume, and business needs.
• Efficiently navigate public record websites and government databases to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents.
• Prepare, review, and submit filings to various regulatory agencies or perform research with attention to statutory and jurisdictional rules.
• Utilize Capitol Services proprietary systems to process work and maintain information accurately.
