Job summary

Capitol Services, LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Generalist to coordinate and fulfill orders related to enterprise compliance across jurisdictions from our Austin, TX location. This full-time, onsite role runs 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday.

You will communicate with coworkers and clients, navigate public records, and process filings using our proprietary systems. The position requires 1–4 years in a related legal services setting and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in legal services or law firm environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, professional manner.
• Move between service operations departments as needed during busy seasons.
• Navigate public record websites and government databases to file and retrieve documents.
