Job summary

Capitol Services in Austin, TX is seeking a Fulfillment Generalist to join our on-site team. You will coordinate and fulfill enterprise compliance orders across multiple jurisdictions, working full-time from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.

You should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDFs. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years' relevant experience in a similar role in the legal services industry or law firm environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable; open to learning new processes and systems

Responsibilities

• Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
• Flexibly move between service operations departments depending on busy season, volume, and business needs
• Efficiently and accurately navigate public record websites and government databases for filing and retrieving documents
• Prepare, review, and submit filings to various regulatory agencies, or perform research, adhering to rules and regulations
• Utilize Capitol Services' proprietary systems to process work
• Enter and maintain information in proprietary systems according to guidelines
• Operate office equipment (phones, computers, scales, mailing sorters, photocopiers, scanners)
• Maintain organization to ensure accurate results
• Provide internal customer service that is courteous, warm, and knowledgeable under pressure
