Job summary

Capitol Services, LLC in Carson City, NV seeks a Fulfillment Generalist to coordinate and fulfill enterprise compliance orders across jurisdictions. The role runs full-time, 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday, with a hybrid work model after training.

You will interact with coworkers, correspondents, and jurisdiction staff, ensure accurate filings, and navigate government databases using Capitol Services' systems. The team emphasizes service quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in a legal services/law firm role
• Strong organizational and time management with attention to detail and urgency
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a professional manner
• Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new tools/processes
• Coachable and proactive in asking questions
• Positive attitude and team collaboration
• Reliable with ability to work in Carson City office hours
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF documents

Responsibilities

• Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees and others in a timely, professional manner
• Move between service ops departments as needed during busy periods
• Navigate public record websites and government databases for filings
• Prepare, review, and submit filings to regulatory agencies; perform needed research
• Use Capitol Services' proprietary systems to process work
• Enter and maintain data in proprietary systems per guidelines
• Operate office equipment (phones, computers, scanners, etc.)
• Maintain organization to ensure accurate results
• Provide courteous internal customer service under pressure
