iRESTORE, a growth-focused beauty and wellness brand, seeks a Director of Fulfillment & Logistics to own a multi-node network from La Mirada, CA to an Eastern U.S. 3PL and beyond.

Reporting to the COO, this leader will own budgets, labor, carrier relationships, and strategic network decisions to optimize cost per order as we scale. You will run day-to-day operations, grow the team, and set the yearly strategy for the fulfillment network while maintaining high standards for safety, compliance,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations with multi-node network ownership.
• La Mirada, CA and multi-node management experience including 3PLs
• Operating budget ownership for labor, facilities, freight, and supplies
• Managed an hourly warehouse workforce in California with wage and hour compliance
• Experience selecting, negotiating, and managing 3PLs and carriers with SLAs
• Amazon fulfillment experience from the shipper's side (FBA) and routing
• Carrier rate management to reduce shipping costs across zones
• Operational leadership under peak pressure with clear goals for teams
• Experience with Fulfil.io ERP (or NetSuite/other ERP) and scaling 3PLs
• Fulfillment experience in regulated consumer categories (medical/health/beauty)
• Experience standing up or scaling new 3PL relationships or nodes

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term multi-node fulfillment network including node count and landed cost per order.
• Own the end-to-end fulfillment budget: labor, facilities, freight, and supplies; forecast and defend it.
• Negotiate and manage 3PL and carrier partners; own contracts, SLAs, and quarterly reviews.
• Lead and develop the fulfillment team; plan staffing against volume and peak capacity.
• Ensure labor and safety compliance for hourly CA workforce; wage/hour, meal/rest, scheduling.
• Own shipping cost management; run rate reviews, zone optimization, and cost-per-order.
• Track fulfillment performance: ship-speed SLA, order accuracy, RMAs, inventory accuracy.
• Scale capacity across warehouse, 3PL, and future nodes to meet peak demand.
• Own SOPs and controls; design controls and governance for operations.
