Job summary

SET Active in Beverly Hills is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to own end-to-end logistics, 3PL relationships, fulfillment, and inventory operations. You will ensure inventory moves efficiently from factories to our warehouse and ultimately to customers, coordinating with Production, Planning, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations to meet on-time delivery and accurate shipping.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or operations.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and holding external partners accountable to KPIs and service-level agreements.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international freight, including air and ocean transportation, customs processes, and warehouse receiving.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with our 3PL, ensuring accountability across receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping performance.
• Monitor daily order fulfillment, proactively identifying and resolving aging orders, shipping delays, backorders, and inventory discrepancies.
• Establish, track, and report on key operational KPIs, including fulfillment timelines, shipping SLAs, receiving performance, order accuracy, and inventory accuracy.
• Partner with internal teams and our 3PL to plan and execute product launches, promotional events, and other high-volume periods.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership on fulfillment performance, including post-launch shipping progress, outstanding orders, and potential risks.
