Dr. Squatch, LLC is seeking a Sr. Retail Fulfillment Associate in Marina Del Rey, CA to oversee end-to-end retail fulfillment for national, regional, club, and distributor accounts. The role is full-time, hybrid, with base compensation between $80,000 and $98,000.

You will build reporting for OTIF and other KPIs, analyze performance, manage inventory allocations, and collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain to optimize operations. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required.

Formación

• 4+ years in retail or wholesale fulfillment.
• Experience with major retailers and 3PL partners.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (OTIF, deductions).
• Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools preferred.
• ERP experience, NetSuite preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end retail fulfillment for major accounts.
• Build OTIF, fill rate, and 3PL performance reports.
• Analyze by retailer and center to identify trends.
• Own inventory allocation reporting with Demand Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor chargebacks, gather docs, and support disputes.
• Partner with 3PL teams to manage SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor orders in transit and communicate risks.
• Improve fulfillment processes and retailer onboarding.
